Please fill out all fields (Dutch or English) to ensure your request can be handled correctly by our floor manager David.

Please note:
Your appointment will not be confirmed until a down payment of 50 euros per appointment has been made in cash at our store. To make a down payment through bank transfer, please ask us for our bank account information by specifying so in the comments field in the appointment form.
This down payment is mandatory since we have many customers who don’t show up or cancel an appointment last-minute.
Unfortunately, your preferred date or artist may not be available at your preferred time and date.
Important: An appointment can be changed, but with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment’s time.
