OUR STUDIO

At Tattoo Studio Friendship, we have a team of renowned and upcoming artists work on the best and most beautiful, unique designs, every day. Each artist has been added to the team for not only her or his own style, but more importantly: because of their attitude and character.
Shop owner Amarildo Angkotta and co-founder/artist FabianDean Manuputty believe in this approach of having a core whose values are in line with each other, as they feel it’s the only way to provide their customers with the best service and build lifelong friendships.

A growing demand and decreasing perception of tattoos being a taboo enables many shops to upscale while conforming to terms like ‘efficiency’, ‘marketing’ and ‘image’. At our studio, we perceive tattoos for our customers as a form of individual expression and creativity. Our goal is to create value for our customers as we believe tattooing is a craft and our purpose is to serve our customers in the best way possible.
Therefore, we offer the best range of artists for you to transform your ideas or designs in something truly unique, as we don’t create just create a piece of art for you, but with you.

Situated in one of Amsterdam’s most lively neighbourhoods, De Pijp, not only are we surrounded by inspiring shops and people, we take pride in contributing to our local community. Our customer database varies from lawyers to expats, from creatives and musicians to students and teachers, but more importantly, those who value an individual approach, and thus quality, over premade, generic designs and quantity-driven service.
